About the Author
Ian Brodie is an award-winning photographer. His love of his native New Zealand, film, travel, photography and vintage combat aircraft have combined to produce some remarkable books and images including bestselling The Lord of the Rings Location Guide. Brodie was media and communications manager for Hobbiton Movie Set Tours, and was the founding director of the New Zealand Fighter Pilots Museum, in Wanaka. He is currently director of Ian Brodie Consulting, which concentrates on film tourism work.

Beautiful book. Having been to New Zealand on a Lord of the Rings tour, seeing photos of numerous places that I had been to brought back wonderful memories. The photos are beautiful. Wonderful book.

Not sure why a nonfiction book comes with fiction-specific questions to check off with these reviews, so please don't pay much mind to those. This is a GREAT book covering the real-life locations for both The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies in New Zealand. Worth the price just for the beautiful scenery, let alone the nostalgia.
